How long will it take my order to come?

We usually despatch online orders within 1-2 working days and you should receive your order within 3-4 days.

PLEASE NOTE:
We do not dispatch plants Thursday-Sunday so these take longer to be dispatched and delivered.

What are my payment options?

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa and Mastercard

What is the delivery cost?

Delivery is £5.95 for MAINLAND UK and will be added at the checkout.
All other areas including Highlands and Islands please e-mail info@bulbs2grow.co.uk for a price.
Because of the weight, 20 kilo bags have to be sent separately at a cost of £7.95 each.

How deep should I plant my bulbs?

All of our plants and bulbs come with detailed planting instructions, planting depths, helpful hints and tips to get the most out of your bulbs, However, as a general rule of thumb we reccommend bulbs are planted twice the depth of the bulb.
Unless the planting instructions sent specify differently.

Will I get an order confirmation?

All orders placed on garthwaitenurseries.com will receive an order confirmation

What if there is a problem with my order?

In the event there is a problem with your order please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
If there is a problem with the stock please advise immediately and send photos.
We aim to make sure all goods leave in optimum condition.
