GENERAL DESCRIPTION

These Plants Are Unique Because Of The Unusual Flower, Single Petals Of Yellow Edged In Red, With Green Foliage Describes The Tuberous Yellow & Red Crispa Marginata. This Compact Plant Belongs To The Tuberhybrida Group. It Grows From Winter-Dormant Root Tubers And Uniquely Bicoloured That Are Single. The Flower Is Ruffled And Very Delicate Looking.

They Are Produced In Early Summer To The First Frost. And Are Set Among Open, Succulent Stems Across The Plant. Leaves Are Fleshy, Jagged And Pointed, Glossy And Dark Green, Sometimes With Bronze Tones And Undersides.

“Yellow & Red Crispa Marginata” Needs A Rich, But Well-Drained Soil In A Partially Shaded Garden Location. It Should Only Receive Direct Sunlight Early In The Morning

Plant February-May 5 Cm Deep And 25 Cm Apart When The Frost Has Gone.

They Can Be Started Indoors By Sprouting Them Off In A Seed Tray Or Damp Box 5 Cm Apart And Bury Them Hollow Side Up Just Covered With A Surface Layer Of Peat Or Compost.
