GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Already Potted In 1 Litre Round Pots With Growth, Root And Shoot Development. The Main Picture Is A Stock Photo Only And Shows How The Plant Will Look When The Plant Is Fully Mature. Amount Of Bulbs Per Pot Varies Depending On The Type/Size Of Bulb, But Rest Assured The Pots Are Full. Each Pot Makes A Lovely Display And Can Be Either Left In Pots Or Taken Out And Used To Add Colour To Larger Containers, Or Borders.
Violet-Blue, Saucer-Shaped Flowers With Red-Tinged White Centres, Up To 7cm Across, Appear In Early Summer Among Distinctly Veined, Fern-Like, Mid-Green Leaves. It Will Produce A Low Mound That Slowly Spreads, From Mid-May Till July. If You Cut The Plant Back To Ground Level After The First Flush Of Flower Then Youcan Expect A Repeat Flowering In August-October, As Long As The Weather Isn’t Too Hot And Dry. It Will Also Thrive In Some Shade.

Grow “Geranium Himalayense Gravetye” In Full To Partial Sun In Any Average Garden Soil That Is Not Too Dry Or Wet. It Will Stay In Flower For Several Weeks. Cut Plants Back After Flowering To Force Vigorous New Growth. It Will Fill In Extremely Quickly And You Should Get Repeat Blooms Here And There Throughout The Season. This Is A Terrific Perennial To Fill Gaps In A Mixed Border, Or To Allow To Naturalise And Become A Groundcover“Geranium Himalayense Gravetye” Is Attractive To Bees, Butterflies And Birds.
