​​​​​Any items received damaged or incorrect item must be notified within 24hrs of receipt and then returned within the 14 days stipulated in our returns policy. Returns, wrongly sent or faulty items will be replaced by return post or refunded in full including original p&p.

Return postage is at buyer’s expense and is not refundable unless otherwise agreed.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please inform us immediately upon receipt. You will then usually be asked to provide photographic evidence or to return your purchase for a refund or replacement. Live plants are classified as perishables and therefore EXEMPT from the Distance Selling Regulations.

However as a courtesy to all our customers we will accept returns as long as the reason for return is notified within 24hrs of receipt. Photographic evidence of any damage whilst in transit, is the best way to proceed with any claim. In the unlikely event of a claim, plants will need to be in original packaging for return. No packaging, no claim.
